What is the polishing process?

        Most people have this question: now many businesses have publicize their products to use polishing technology, but most of them don't know exactly what is the polishing process.
        In fact, the polishing process, as the name implies, is the specific process for polishing the surface of the product using polishing equipment and polishing materials. The polished product has high gloss and brightness.

        The surface of workpiece is modified by flexible polishing tools and abrasive particles or other polishing media.         The principle and process of electrolytic polishing:

This mucous membrane is thinner in the protruding, thicker in the concave, fast dissolved in the high current density at the protruding, changing with the mucous membrane, and the rough surface is gradually leveled.
        Electrolytic polishing process: degreasing, water washing, rust removing, water washing, electrolytic polishing, water washing, neutralization - water washing - passivation - packaging
        Chemical polishing: the chemical polishing needle needs to be heated in the situation that the polishing requirements are not high.
